V-Create

I like to make things glowy. Anyway, Another picture I’ve been meaning to upload… actually I have a whole folder of signature move pictures to color and upload. They just need some tweaking first. As always there are some mistakes such as the wispy, twirly, flame things not being totally centered and that it’s fists look weird. I’m happy with it overall though and this is the first time drawing Victini. This is the last signature move picture for a little while because I want to work on other pictures and my scanner wouldn’t scan the rest of them.
